Navigate to Crowdship Supply >> Retailers. From here, search and select the retailer you'd like to work with.
When you add a retailer to your "My Retailers" group, you unlock the ability to:
Assign a custom handling fee. This will override your global handling fee and apply once to each order from this retailer.
Disable autopay. This will allow you to invoice and collect payment from this retailer directly instead of automating order payments.
Assign a specific customer ID. Crowdship will use this customer account when creating this retailers orders in your store (Shopify only).
Assign an order number prefix. This prefix will be added to the retailers order number for quick and easy identification
If you've published a product to Crowdship Marketplace, new retailers can still see them, even if you didn't add them to My Retailers. Learn more about options for publishing products to Marketplace
