This is how it works when you receive an order for Crowdship item(s):
Crowdship creates POs for all shipments, and sends the POs to Supplier(s).
The Supplier(s) then processes and fulfill the order by shipping it.
Once the Supplier adds a shipping tracking to an order, it is automatically communicated to your Crowdship order (and also updates the tracking to your platform, if you have a compatible one integrated and you have chosen to enable the option).
That's the whole order fulfillment process in a nutshell.
