Crowdship ensures that you're charged the correct amount for shipping based on the location of the supplier, your customer, and the package weight & dimensions.
But you'll need to set up rates to charge your customers for shipping by creating a Shipping Profile in Shopify.
Navigate to Shopify Settings >> Shipping & Delivery
Click the Add Shipping Profile button (or select an existing profile to modify)
Assign a Shipping Profile Name.
Select the Crowdship Dropshipping app as a shipping origin.
Click "Add rates" and choose how you want to charge for shipping
flat rate
live carrier rates
If you use Live Carrier rates, you'll need to select which carriers to offer, and apply a handling fee (optional).
That's all! Your Shopify store should now charge customers for shipping based on the Shipping Profile settings you've configured.
