First, you'll want to create a Crowdship Supply account.

Follow the steps in the quick start wizard to connect your store.

You'll need to enter your stores "myshopify" URL. It can be found in the URL bar of your shopify store, right after "/store/...".

Alternatively, you can install the Crowdship app from the Shopify App Store and then log in with your Crowdship account.
