When new retailers request to add your products, you'll get an email and a dashboard notification with their contact information and store details.
Please review the request and grant approval or decline based on your own criteria for retailers.
Marketplace Approval Settings:
If you require retailers to be approved before they can sell your products, they'll still be able to find your products on Marketplace, but they won't be able to view B2B prices or import your listings until you approve their request.
By default, the "Approve Retailers" feature (shown below) is disabled, which means new retailers will automatically be able to instantly start selling your products without any additional approval. To require retailers to submit a request, please enable this feature.
