By default, the "Approve Retailers" feature (shown below) is disabled. New retailers will automatically be able to instantly start selling your Marketplace products without any additional approval.
To require retailers to submit a request before they can onboard your products, please enable the "Approve Retailers" option in Settings -> Marketplace.
When "Approve Retailers" is enabled, the products you publish to Marketplace will still be visible on Marketplace, but with dropship price and import functions hidden.
When a new retailers requests to sell your products, you'll receive an email and dashboard notification.
