How to cancel from Crowdship Summary:
Get to the Crowdship order details page
Initiate Cancellation request using the button
Wait for the Supplier to approve the cancellation

You can get to the Crowdship order details page by using the "More actions >> View order on Crowdship Dropshipping" link shown in the below screenshot.
That will bring you to the Crowdship order details page, and here we can Request cancellation using the button in the top right corner shown below.
Now we just wait for the Supplier to approve the cancellation. The reason why it has to be a "request" where we wait for approval is because as soon as the order is submitted to the Supplier, it was start to be processed, and by the time our Cancellation request reach them, it may already be too late to simply cancel as maybe the order is already in the hands of the carrier, or at some other non-cancellable stage.
Typically Suppliers respond within 48 hours, but if you are looking for faster processing of a cancellation for one reason or another, sending over a quick email to the Supplier might help expedite bringing attention to your request.
