How to fix an invalid address

If your customer placed an order with an incomplete or invalid address, you'll want to update to the correct address as soon as possible.

  1. Open the order in Crowdship.

  2. Click "Edit address" in the top right corner.

  3. Either update and re-validate the address, or click "skip validation" to bypass and send the order to the specified address.

Your supplier will automatically be notified, but it's best to reach out and let them know that an address was changed in case they miss a notification. Some suppliers use additional back-end integrations and 3PL's which may or may not recognize address updates.

Getting confirmation from the supplier will ensure your address updates didn't get missed.
