When you make a sale, Crowdship converts your customers order into one or more Supplier Purchase Order (PO).

Each PO is automatically sent to its supplier. In most cases, you'll be charged automatically via the credit card in your Crowdship wallet at the time your order is processed.

If a supplier has approved your store for off-platform payments, they'll batch invoice you at a later date, as per your agreement with them. Crowdship will automatically process and submit the purchase order without charging your credit card for such suppliers.

Crowdship automatically calculates shipping rates and supplier handling fees, which you can find on your purchase order details page.
