If you're not using a supported platform integration (Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce), you can import your orders to Crowdship using a CSV file.
Navigate to the Orders page in Crowdship.
Click "Import from CSV".
Download the CSV template, and ensure your file headers contain all of the required fields.
Upload your CSV file and click "Confirm Import"
Crowdship will automatically process imported orders.
