Manage cancellation requests

Sometimes a retailers needs to cancel an order before it has shipped. When a retailer requests a cancellation, Crowdship will notify you via email and dashboard notifications.

When you receive a cancellation requests, it's always best to honor it to avoid returns and claims with end customers.

You can choose to automatically accept cancellation requests under Settings -> Orders.

Alternatively, when you need to cancel an order (due to out of stock, etc.) you can do so from your Crowdship orders dashboard or from your connected store. Simply cancel the Shopify order and Crowdship will handle the rest including refunds and retailer notifications.
