What does Crowdship charge Retailers for orders?

Find out how order costs are assessed for Retailers.

Updated over a week ago

Crowdship charges the subscription fee on plans, and also a small transaction fee to service orders.

  • Depending on the plan, the transaction fee ranges form lower than 1% to 10%.

  • The transaction fee is assessed on the cost of the items, not the price for which a Retailer sell them.

  • So, for example, if a Retailer sells an item for $200, but it costs $100 with the Supplier, the fee is assessed on the $100 cost. If the fee is 5%, then the transaction fee would equal $5 for the $10 cost order.
